Good to know
- Reservations are only binding once you have received written confirmation from us and a deposit has been paid.
- The reserved rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm and on the day of departure we ask you to check out by 11 am.
- Payment: You can pay by cash (please observe Italian legal regulations), cheque or credit card (except Diners and AMEX).
- Smoking is forbidden throughout the hotel. Please smoke outside.
- It is not possible for us to guarantee you the floor, location and room number within a specific room category.
- Cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration and must be received no later than the periods specified below (30, 15 or 8 days) prior to the agreed arrival date.
- If the booked rooms are not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
- The agreed total price is understood to be the price of accommodation, catering and any other services.
- If not all of the booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage applies only to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
- For cancellations up to 30 days prior to the start of the stay, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before the start of the stay, we charge 40% of the total agreed price.
- For cancellations from 14 to 8 days before the start of the stay, we charge 60% of the total agreed price.
- For cancellations from 7 days before the start of the stay, we charge 70% of the agreed total price.
- In case of early departure, we charge the price for the days used.
- For the remaining days and services agreed and not used, we charge 70% of the agreed price.
- In the event of late arrival, no-show or early cancellation, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU regulations.
To avoid paying any charges, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance, so that these are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung insurance.
