We have a small herb garden right next to our hotel on the Alm. We care about what's on your plate, which is why we make sure we work with the best farmers, butchers and bakers - after all, we want your food to taste great!

Products from Lake Garda

As not everything grows on the mountain pasture - after all, we are here at 1750 metres - we have a field on Lake Garda in Lazise. Mr Kofler grows aromatic and healthy vegetables, fruit and olive oil there on the Monte estate and harvests it himself. And since grapes also happen to grow there, it only makes sense to create a delicious wine from them - which we love and which our guests also appreciate!
