The Monte estate in Lazise is the perfect place to grow Mediterranean produce from Lake Garda. Josef Kofler puts his heart and soul into looking after the estate and spends many hours of his free time cultivating vegetables, fruit, herbs, olives, wine and olive oil.

As soon as the fresh produce from Lake Garda is ripe, it is harvested, and Josef Kofler brings it directly to the Sporthotel Floralpina. Master chef Marek then transforms these ingredients into delicious dishes that our guests can enjoy every day, especially in summer!
