Thanks to the Plattkofelalm, we can buy fresh products from the Seiser Alm in the summer months. We receive delicious butter, bread, ham and mountain cheese almost every day. A visit to the Plattkofelalm is definitely worth a hike! You might even be lucky enough to see the cows and goats - the ‘suppliers’ of your butter and cheese from the buffet - grazing.
