The Running Park Seiser Alm has 20 trails of various lengths and levels of difficulty - a total of 180 kilometres of running fun! Eight of the trails are located on the Seiser Alm between 1,800 and 2,300 metres above sea level, while twelve trails lead to altitudes between 900 and 1,100 metres. Thanks to these varied altitudes, the running season in the Running Park lasts from April to November. And don't worry, beginners will also find perfect routes here!

The rugged peaks of the Dolomites are a paradise for climbers! On the Seiser Alm, the imposing walls of the Schlern, Santner and Euringerspitze, Schattenkofel, Mumelterkopf, Klammpfeiler and Hammerwand provide true climbing fever. The Oskar Schuster via ferrata in the Langkofel group is one of the must-do climbing routes. It takes you to the striking summit of the Plattkofels and leads past the Sella Pass and the Langkofel and Plattkofel mountain huts.

In winter, thanks to its high plateau, the Seiser Alm is transformed into a true paradise for snowshoeing and winter hiking. You can take a relaxed stroll in winter boots or, if you prefer something a little more challenging, climb up to idyllic places on snowshoes!
