GENERAL RULES

  • Reservations are confirmed after you receive a written confirmation and transfer a deposit payment.
  • On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 3 pm; on the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated by 11 am.
  • Payment: We accept cash payments (please note the Italian cash payment limit), cheque or credit card (except Diners and AMEX).
  • This is a no-smoking hotel. You can smoke outdoors.
  • Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee floor level, location or room number within a certain category.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The cancellation must be made by a unilateral written declaration and has to be at the latest within the periods mentioned below (30, 15 or 8 days) before the agreed date of arrival of the guest (s) in the hands of the accommodation provider.
  • The agreed total price is the rate for accommodation, board and other services that were agreed.
  • In case of no-show without cancellation 70% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • If the booked amount of beds is not used or cancelled, the percentage applies to the agreed rate for the non-used or cancelled beds.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS

  • Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
  • Cancellations made 29 – 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booked package
  • Cancellations made 14 – 8 days before arrival: 60% of the booked package
  • Cancellation from 7 days before arrival and no-show: 70% of the booked package

REGULATION IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE 

  • in case of the early departure of a guest / guests, the guest or the person who has booked the stay has to pay the full rate for the amount of days they stayed
  • and 70% of the agreed total price for the remaining days
